This 39-year-old lead singer from the metal band In This Moment has enjoyed a ton of success, having been on private tours.  Although she has always been beautiful, her appearance has changed every time since she joined the band.

While Maria’s nose used to be wide and point downward, her nose now points up and is smaller in comparison leading us to believe that she definitely opted for a nose job. Whether she was not satisfied with her look or needed a new image, we won’t really know.

Her chin job is also fairly evident from the before and after surgery photos. While her chin was crooked before, it looks amazing now, being small and tight and goes well with the rest of her face.
