You’ll be surprised to find out their beauty isn’t so natural after all. We’ll tell you who they are now, and see if you can imagine what they looked like before the plastic surgery.

All three celebrities on this list are absolute superstars in their respective fields so we won’t try and compare who’s more popular than the other, only discuss a few of their achievements, and what kind of surgeries they’ve received.
3 – Demi Moore
If you don’t know who Demi Moore is, you’ve been living under a rock for the past 30 years. Literally. Ok, maybe not literally. But she’s played a role in so many worldwide renowned films, that you’d have had to go out of your way to remove her presence from your life.
She’s starred in huge Hollywood films such as Striptease (1996), Disclosure (1994), Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003), Margin Call (2011), and the voice of Esmeralda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996).
Demi has also played the wife role to Freddy Moore (1980-1985), Bruce Willis (1987-2000), and Ashton Kutcher (2005-2013). She’s currently worth around $150 million.
Plastic surgery has played a major role in the film star’s life. She’s received breast implants, collagen injections, liposuction on her stomach, thighs and hips. As well as a procedure to lift the sagging skin on her knees, cheek implants, and multiple botox injections.
That’s one hell of a list. But she’s certainly paid top dollar as they all seem to have worked out perfectly.
2 – Fergie
Fergilicious! She’s is definitely the most promiscuous on this list. Fergie Duhamel (officially born as Stacy Ann Ferguson) was an original member of the Black Eyed Peas where she gained her notoriety after the group’s worldwide music success.
She split from the group and released her first solo album The Duchess (2006) which was another absolute hit across the globe. With three number one singles – London Bridge, Glamorous, and Big Girls Don’t Cry.
Since then, she’s added television host, fashion designer, and actress to a list of the roles she’s played in her career. Estimate put her net worth at around $45 million.
Fergie’s had a number of alterations made to her body by a surgeon’s scalpel. A nose job came first back in 2004, followed by cheek implants and lip injections around 2005/2006. Lastly, there have been many speculations she’s received breast implants despite her having a baby.
1 – Hilary Duff
Hilary Duff- the adorable Disney star who started acting at the extremely young age of 6, back in 1993. Her first role was in Lizzie McGuire (2001-2004) which was an absolute hit around the world. It was so popular in fact, a movie was created based on the series.
She’s gone on to start in a huge number of movies such as Raise Your Voice (2004), Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), Agent Cody Banks (2003), Casper Meets Wendy (1998), and War, Inc. (2008).
Not only movies, Hilary has released multiple number one hits across the music industry. With her album Metamorphosis (2003) selling over 3 million copies in the US alone to top the Billboard 200 list.
Hilary recently broke off her relationship with Mike Comrie in 2016 which ended in her having to pay him $2.5 million following the divorce. The situation received media attention across many platforms.
