The lead singer of the band Guns N Roses looks extraordinarily young compared to his actual age of 55 years. Although we question his hairstyle, the bigger question needs to be posed at the number of plastic surgeries Axl has had.

Judging by the photos, the sagging skin around Axl’s neck and cheek has been removed thanks to a good neck lift. This surgery tightens the skin and makes the person look so much younger.

To complement the neck lift, Axl probably also had a chin job. Whether the singer wasn’t satisfied with his chin or wanted it to complement his face better, a typical chin job aims to tighten the skin at the bottom of the face.

Although Axl’s hasn’t confirmed any such claims made against him, his before and after photos beg to differ. The chin job is a very common procedure in Hollywood and a lot of celebrities go under the knife to perfect their looks.
